The following companies had unusual price changes in Bogota trading.

The IGBC Index fell 0.7 percent to 12,871.86 while the Colcap Index declined 0.4 percent to 1,583.86.
Empresa de Energia de Bogotá SA (EEB CB), Colombia’s second-biggest electricity distributor, rose 3.8 percent, the most in a week, to 1,365 pesos.
The company’s shareholders approved today the sale of $610 million in 10-year bonds to be sold in New York.
EEB, as the state-controlled company is known, will use the funds to buy back as much as $610 million of its EEB International Ltd. bond due 2.014, Monica De Greiff, the company’s president, told reporters in Bogota.
The bond repurchase will begin as soon as Oct. 31, she said.
Enka de Colombia SA (ENKA CB), a Medellin-based synthetic fibers producer, rose 1.9 percent to 10.8 pesos. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said yesterday he wants lawmakers to vote on pending free trade agreements with South Korea, Colombia and Panama on Oct. 12.
