With an investment of 5,000 million pesos , the District today launched the Reparation Fund for Access to Higher Education for victims of armed conflict , residing in Bogotá in strata 1 , 2 and 3.
The fund will help some 150-200 people victims of armed conflict who want to study a career.
The Secretary of Education of Bogotá, Patricia Buritica said pay up to 6'700 thousand pesos per semester scholarship .
Submissions will be accepted until May 23, 2014 , on the website www.educacionbogota.edu.co
The eligibility requirements for this benefit are:
1. Citizenship / a Colombian / a .
Two . Not have additional financial support to further higher education studies in the professional, technical or technological university levels from development banks or other agencies.
March . Having no university-level professional degree
April . Being included in the Register of Victims or recognized as such in the failures of Justice and Peace . The identification with the applicant in the notice of the Fund falls , must be the same one that is registered on the RUV and must be updated .
May . Being admitted to an institution of higher education recognized by the Ministry of Education or be pursuing a semester of higher education in an institution of higher education recognized by the Ministry of Education.
6. District officials Ser graduate schools at levels 1 , 2 or 3 and / or be a victim woman living in the Capital District for a period of not less than four years.

Credits will exonerables if they meet the following conditions:
