Colombia's Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications has declared Azteca Comunicaciones Colombia the winner of the tender to install 144,386 high-speed internet connections in social housing and priority interest housing.
According to ABC Economia, the project also includes connections of new public institutions in 617 municipalities in 20 departments.
The project benefits from a government subsidy of COP 59.865 million.
