Sporting a Panama hat, that was made in Ecuador, Charlie Sheen hit the streets of Colombia this week, and generously gave a homeless man a 2.000 Peso Note.
Unfortunately, the Colombian peso isn't as strong as the dollar these days, not even close so 2,000p is only worth about $1.03.
Still, it's the thought that counts, right?
