The Colombian authors who are confirmed to attend are Dario Jaramillo Agudelo, Juan Gustavo Cobo Borda, Federico Diaz Granados, John Galan Casanova, Catalina Gonzalez and Juan Felipe Robledo.

The second meeting takes the form of a lecture entitled "Formation of readers in early childhood," and involves Mexican, Colombian and other international specialists with the intent to directly support the Colombian government in its efforts to promote reading.
