Colombia’s Inversiones Argos Shareholders Approve Unit’s Spinoff

Shareholders of Inversiones Argos SA, the owner of Colombia’s biggest cement maker, approved a spinoff by its Cementos Argos unit of assets that aren’t related to cement production, according to a regulatory filing today.

Cementos Argos shareholders approved the spinoff of the assets to its parent company, according to a filing yesterday.
