Colombian Stocks : Ecopetrol, Rubiales, Canacol, Bancolombia

The following companies had unusual price changes in Bogota trading.

Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of 4 p.m. New York time.

The IGBC Index fell 3.2 percent to 13,049.39, while the Colcap Index dropped 2.6 percent to 1,581.30.

Oil companies fell as crude declined the most in more than a week amid concern that economic growth in the U.S. and China is slowing.

Ecopetrol SA (ECOPETL CB), Colombia's largest oil company, fell 3 percent, the biggest drop since November 2010, to 3,595 pesos.

Ecopetrol has fallen short of its share sale target, saying yesterday it had received orders for 80 percent of the $1.4 billion in stock it is seeking to sell in Colombia's largest planned offering in four years.

Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp. (PREC CB), the Toronto based oil producer that operates fields in Colombia, fell 5.2 percent to 43,700 pesos.

Canacol Energy Ltd. (CNEC CB), the Calgary-based oil company with fields in South America, fell 3.3 percent to 1,610 pesos.

Bancolombia SA (PFBCOLO CB), Colombia's biggest bank, fell 4.9 percent to 27,560 pesos.

Bancolombia's American depositary receipts were lowered to "underweight" from "neutral" at JPMorgan by equity analyst Saul Martinez.

The 12-month target price is $66 per share.

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores (AVAL CB), Colombia's biggest financial holding company, fell 4.6 percent to 1,175 pesos, the lowest since September 2.010.
