Comptroller granted special powers for surveillance of Humanitarian Colombia

The Government announced that the Comptroller General's Office has from now with special powers to monitor resource management in Colombia Humanitarian care for those affected by the winter.
"The latest decree was a decree which gives a very special powers to the Comptroller General of the Republic, to monitor very precisely all the resources of the Humanitarian Colombia," the president Santos said.
The decree signed under the aegis of the Emergency Economic, Social and Environmental seeks to ensure transparency in resource management.
"We want this to be a true example of transparency and people feel full confidence that we are investing resources is being spent honestly.  

The best suppliers are the citizens, "the president said Santos, who also called on all citizens to serve as overseer in the management of these funds.
The president announced that "next week about phone numbers will be enabled so you can make complaints about any anomaly in the distribution of grants or contracts," the Presidency of the Republic.
Finally, the Government recalled that were contacted "three private international auditors" to advise and make "up to transparency in resource management, in conjunction with the Attorney General and the Comptroller.
